OVERVIEW
This is a cross-platform tournament. All PC players are required to stream their gameplay during the tournament.
VGA eSports is hosting a weekly online Call of Duty: Warzone tournament with a scaling prize pot starting at $100 and scaling up to $400! This tournament will be a kill-race with the single highest kill game in a 3 hour window taking the crown as the winner of the week. Team captains are required to stream during this event, and these tournaments are open to cross-platform teams as well. This tournament will be in the Duos Battle Royale game-mode in Warzone.
TEAM CAPTAIN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REGISTERING ENTIRE TEAM.
Scaling prize pot:
8 Teams = $100 – Winner-take-all.
12 Teams = $150 – 70/30 split between the top 2 teams.
16 teams = $200 – 70/30 split between the top 2 teams.
20 teams = $250 – 70/30 split between the top 2 teams.
24 teams = $300 – 60/30/10 split between the top 3 teams.
28 teams = $350 – 60/30/10 split between the top 3 teams.
32 teams = $400 – 60/30/10 split between the top 3 teams.
RULES
Team Captains must post their stream link in the NSG Discord and be live prior to the start of the tournament. All team captains are required to stream the entirety of the event to verify the games are being played during the stated hours.
- All PC players are required to stream their gameplay during the tournament. If players are competing on PC, but can not stream, they will be disqualified.
- The team with the highest total kills in one game wins.
- Teams can submit their clip of their best game in Discord under “match-reporting”.
- If there is a tie, the tie breaker will go to the team with the highest damage in their best game.
- Games must be played between 6pm-9pm EST
- All team captains must be present for the Team Captain Meeting at 5:30pm EST via Nerd Street Gamers Discord in the “Captain Meeting” voice channel under Call of Duty.
- Team Captains are responsible for posting their team’s best score by 8:55pm EST in Discord
